Job Summary:

In this position you will work be a part of our amazing customer service team in the e-commerce side of Badger Tire and Wheel, under the name RecStuff. You will answer customer questions, fulfill orders and sell a variety of trailer parts directly to consumers via our websites and various e-commerce marketplaces. You will assist customers via phone, email, & live chat (business to consumer) to provide helpful product and service information and resolve any product, service or delivery issues. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Duties:

• Answer phones, reply to emails, and assist customers via live chat to help with their specific needs (Call volume can be 20-40 calls daily)
• Manage customer orders with accurate information
• Manage return/order error spreadsheets
• Handle escalated customer issues including investigating and resolving
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to the customer service team by accomplishing tasks and projects

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Entry level customer service or sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type minimum of 25 WPM (words per minute)
• Upbeat demeanor
• Ability to remain calm with customers at all times
• Basic math skills

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of third-party online marketplace functions (Amazon, etc.)
• Social Media use and engagement
• Understanding of personal use utility trailers

We sell via multiple web storefronts and 3rd party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart & eBay. We sell and ship tires, wheels, fenders, lighting, wiring and component parts for the all types of personal use trailers, ATV’s, golf carts, go-carts and more.
