We are looking for an individual with sales and customer service experience to join our office who is friendly, energetic, professional and dependable. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are looking for a house cleaning service. You will also be providing excellent support to our customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer communication
• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist employees in the field with any issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service & inside sales experience
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
