Skylark Meats LLC, an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Omaha plant.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide sales department support to include backing up for export coordinator, credit, customer service, order entry, invoice entry, sales support phone coverage, etc.
- Print Fed Ex shipping labels for product samples.
- Direct customers complaints to designated contacts within the organization.
- Report to work with regular, predictable, and constant attendance.
- NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- High school diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of, and ability to use computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Working knowledge of current office practices and procedures.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, and write).

- Word processing.
- Multi-line phone.
- Computer.
- Printer.
- Scanner.
- Copier.
- Fax.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.

- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and maintain a professional composure.
