Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the single point of ownership for dealership product issues, ensuring their concerns are resolved in a timely and accurate manner to assure customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers

- Assist our customers by gathering information and learning about their needs and expectations

- Resolve customer issues and help with further research when additional troubleshooting is needed

- Continuous education in professional development and product training

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
  • Ability to work in a team environment
