This position requires: Spanish Speaking

Our Customer Support Representatives are the liaisons between our company and its current/potential customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, service-forward, and able to independently accept ownership of effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while providing superior customer service and resolution as part of the customer support team; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This person will receive all of the training, resources, and support they need to be successful within our growing business model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for car wash customers and members in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information through questioning, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and membership services through customer education
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers going taking the extra mile
  • Keep accurate notes and records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently broadens knowledge base and performance skill levels through team knowledge and educational events
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer phone support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, specifically Salesforce
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
