D&W is currently looking to add a Customer Support Representative to our team in our Corporate location in Auburn, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Work to establish professional business relationships with customers
• Know how to access information on our products
• Provide important communications link between D&W and our customers
• Aid teammates with research of products, pricing, and availability

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical aptitude with an ability to learn about products
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
• Ability to work in a fast paced, office environment

Industry experience is not required. Candidates will work with an experienced staff and participate in regular training activities. Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
