In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Clinical Education (Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology) business in the Northeast Zone*. You are responsible for the delivery of clinical services on-site training and education for solutions - basic to advanced.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivers engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training

• Ensures site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service and CPM teams Provides the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and customer communication

• Takes a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Effectively communicates project status, issues and delays with internal team Builds communication among learners and encourages collaboration

• Gains complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality

• Proficient to advanced in areas of specialization

• Works on problems of a diverse scope

• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions

Candidate Profile

Education/Credentials:

• Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• MUST: Maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) (current credential to be considered)
• MUST: Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular interventional radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional radiography (CI), Vascular interventional radiography (VI) OR RCS via CCI (Must have one of the above to be considered)

• CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) preferred

Experience:

• 5 years clinical experience as RT(R) in pertinent field(s)

• Experience as clinical preceptor providing education strongly preferred

Mental and physical job requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Lift parts or carries parts weighing a few ounces to over 25 lbs.

• Frequently bends, twists, turns, and works in unusual positions using full body mobility

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time, may require night and weekend coverage on occasion

• This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening testsx

• US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

• 
  The Northeast territory includes: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, RI, VA, VT, WV and East PA. For this opening, the preference is the for candidates who are located in the Philadelphia area but may consider other locations within the zone. Candidate must reside in a city within their territory that holds the majority of their customer base and be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within a 1-hour drive) to be considered. May be asked to cover other territories as needed.
