Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Process orders accurately and quickly as per the customer or as directed by the sales team.
• Assist with order coordination and tracking from start to finish.
• Process, coordinate, and communicate order and delivery information to customers.
• Handle shipping of orders and resolve any related issues.
• Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to inbound inquiries, questions, and information requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client support and orders.

• Strong computer skills, proficient in Word and Excel. Experience working with ERP or Order Entry Software will be considered a strong asset, but not a must.
• Works well individually and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Order Desk or customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email communication etc.
• Superior English- both verbal and written, typing accuracy.
