Data Entry/ Customer Service

RESPONSIBILITIES (On-the-job training will be provided)

· Responsible for all correspondence including entering all incoming orders by phone or email from customers and distributors in the Premier Aero Store website, as well as assisting customers with questions or concerns regarding website order, status of shipments, etc.

· Entering all orders into company databasing system

· Coordinating returns of defective and or damaged parts and entering system for RMA Processing

· Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Excellent communication, verbal, and writing skills

· Ability to speak on phone in a professional and decisive manner with both customers and distributors

· Data Entry

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- with focus on Excel

· Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
