Tiff’s Treats started in Austin, TX in 1999 by two college sweethearts, which has grown to 80+ locations across Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Tennessee with more to come this year. We are looking for happy, hard-working people who are quick on their feet, passionate, and LOVE customer service to have fun delivering treats to our customers!
We are seeking SHIFT LEADERS at our Casa Linda location;
**Saturday and Sunday availability is required for all Shift Leaders.**
- Shift Leaders start at $18 /hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and execute of all duties between Kitchen Team Members and Delivery Drivers
- Ability to assign, oversee, train, and evaluate work of staff of approx. 3 - 6 employees
- Assists in the supervision of the preparation, sales, inventory, and service of our sweet products
- Assists in greeting customers, taking orders, using the register, packaging orders, and checking for completeness/correctness
- Routes deliveries to maximize delivery business and speed
- Completes opening/closing procedures, daily paperwork, and inventory checks
- Maintains a positive, can-do attitude with the team
- Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, work ethic, and ability to handle stress as a positive example
- Must be punctual and demonstrate outstanding attendance
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 months of leadership and/or management experience
- Delivery Driver and Kitchen shifts are required throughout the week. Rate of pay changes when working a Driver or Kitchen Team Member shift. (Drivers earn $10/hr + delivery fees + tips. Kitchen Team Members earn $13/hr then $15/hr after 6 months of employment)
- Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license
- Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
- Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for taking their own vehicle (Please note: at this time we do not allow our drivers to use motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles for deliveries)
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws; while keeping vehicles clean and organized
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, reach and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
- Ability to have repetitive motion of wrists/arms, as well as stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, or lean for the entire shift and maneuver quickly in a small space with hot ovens
- Ability to take visual and audible cues, and willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
