We are currently looking for a Dental Business Team Member for our affiliated practice, Noesen & Associates Dental Office in Red Wing MN. Full-time or Part-time hours available. The Dental Business

Team Member we hire is desired to be Team driven, energetic and wants to grow with the company. 2 + years of Dental office administrative experience is required. Experience working with Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Checking patients in and out
• Updating dental insurance information
• Presenting treatment plans
• Discussing and documentation of financial arrangements
• Collecting copays
• Scheduling appointment for treatment and Hygiene
• Assisting the office manager with end of day procedures such as bank deposits and running end of day reports
• Dental Insurance and posting insurance payment knowledge is a plus
• Keeping our Doctors and Hygienist schedule full

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
