We are looking for a friendly, energetic, candidate to become part of our dental team. We are an established one doctor private family practice focused on one on one patient care. Our ideal candidate is a reliable, honest and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills.

Front Office Duties Include:

Answering incoming calls and emails.
Checking patients in for their appointments upon arrival.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Checking insurance benefits and managing insurance claims
Maintain & fill doctor/hygiene schedules.
Checking patients out after their appointments.
General office duties.

Pay range starts at $21per hour B.O.E.

Monday-Thursday 7am to 4pm - Friday 7am to 1pm

Preferred - minimum of 1year of experience, and knowledge of Practice Management Software (Eaglesoft is used in our practice)
