Answer, screen and route outside calls to the appropriate area or individual. Conduct scheduling/reminder/re-scheduling phone calls to patients.

Provide deposit products and services. Provide access to other products and services. Complete follow-up procedures with customers. Paid Vacation and Sick Time.

Outgoing personality and ability to develop relationships. Write complete sales invoices and process paperwork. Greet each customer promptly upon arrival.
