About your role:

In this position, you will provide direct care services to clients in our Behavioral Treatment Program, supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. With patience and behavioral support to the clients, you will offer skills training and interventions to assist with pro-social skills development and adaptive functioning. The Clinical Specialist implements behavioral activities in the individuals home, school and community settings and would require a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and crisis response to clients, in addition to transportation of clients.

Does this apply to you:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services - preferred
• Experience working with youth one-on-one, experience in presenting a skill building or social development program
• Experience and knowledge related to behavior management techniques.
