We are a digital marketing agency in Grand Rapids, MI, that is dedicated to helping service-based businesses and e-commerce brands grow their business online. We are a full-service agency, offering a range of solutions for business owners of all sizes, including: web development, SEO, PPC, content & e-mail marketing, branding & logo design, photo & video production, affiliate program development, and of-course, full-service marketing. Our goal is to provide small business owners with the same knowledge, support, and attention that larger clients would receive at similar agencies.

As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team to create and execute digital marketing strategies for clients and internal operations.

These projects vary by needs, but may include any of the following:

- Front-end website design & development on WordPress & Shopify

- SEO research, strategy planning, and execution

- Creation and management of content marketing materials such as images, videos, blog posts, social media posts

- Design & development of branding assets like logos, documents, or merchandise designs

- Strategization and management of paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Social Media)

- Creating and/or presenting progress & success reports to management & account managers

This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will onboard & train in our Grand Rapids office, in which case you will be able to transition to hybrid and/or WFH after management is comfortable with you doing so.

The PREFERRED candidate would possess multiple of the following aptitudes & abilities:

• - Freelance marketers looking to stabilize their income by partnering with a flexible agency**
• - Direct or related experience in managing digital marketing accounts & strategies OR managing the sales/marketing operations for a small business
• - Direct or related experience in using data & research analysis to create and execute project goals
• - Experience & capability in designing materials such as graphics, photos, videos, and website modules and communicating timeframes on delivery of these materials
• - Digital copywriting examples like blogs, website, and social media content (utilization of AI in workflow processes would be an extra benefit)
• - Direct or related experience in creating and executing Organic & Local SEO strategies

The IDEAL candidate would possess the above attributes, and also have the following experiences & aptitudes:

• - Utilization and knowledge of large CRM platforms like HubSpot & Salesforce
• - Utilization and knowledge of Semrush or comparable SEO research programs
• - Genuine interest in 'how business works', and the continued improvement and learning of marketing & sales skills
• - A passion for problem-solving, strategy, and "figuring it out"
• - Able to frequently and transparently communicate with managers about work progress, availability, timeframes, and other project/career needs.
