Job Description :

Must have experience working in either construction or manufacturing.

Roles and responsibilities include:

· Manage relationship with bankers, CPAs, surety and insurance agents

· Manage 401K audits

· Assist with insurance renewals and audits

· Create and manage budgeting process

· Manage job costing and reporting

o Calculate and update equipment and overhead burden rates

o Analyze job profitability and performance

o Coordinate project reviews with executives, estimators and project managers

· Provide financial strategy recommendations to CEO/President and executive team

· Identify and address potential financial risks for the company

· Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities

· Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements

· Implement effective internal controls within the organization and ensure compliance with the control guidelines.

· Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (such as US GAAP) federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting.

· Identify, develop, and monitor Key performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Participate in company strategic planning

· Contribute and collaborate on department and companywide special projects

· Treasury management, including bank reconciliations and cash flow management

· Track equipment and manage resources , including rent vs buy analysis

· Analyze current operations and reduce operating costs

· Streamline systems for greater productivity

· Drive process improvements and the development of reporting tools as business needs evolve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
