JOB SUMMARY
Foundation - Responsible for the development, planning, directing, and coordinating all fundraising programs and events at Cody Regional Health (CRH), annual events, annual giving drive, planned giving, and administering capital campaigns in order to meet fundraising goals and objectives. Seek funding through all possible funding sources (individual and corporate donors, grants, foundations).
Responsible for the overall management of the volunteer services department. Ensure quality and the safe delivery of volunteer services.
Patient Experience -Provide administrative oversight, promote, and integrate the Planetree philosophy of patient-centered care throughout CRH in tandem with HCAHPS. Responsible for the ongoing program coordination and providing leadership in the development of the person-centered care concept organization wide. Understands and supports the Planetree philosophy of healthcare promoted at CRH while empowering employees, patients along with their families and friends, to become partners in health care.
Coordination with Marketing and Public Relations (PR) in department functions including aligning similar goals around events and public relations.
With concepts and initiatives identified from partners (Planetree & HCAPS), provide strategic leadership for the HCAHPS initiative at CRH, from initial implementation through on-going delivery. Oversee patient survey vendor /HCAHPS reporting and analysis to understand how our employee experience correlates with the patient experience. Work with senior leaders and departments on Action Planning/Accountability and inspection processes for sustaining success and continued improvement in patient survey vendor and HCAHPS Performance, which quantify the Patient Experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or related field, Master’s Degree desired.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience with foundation development knowledge and proven leadership in fundraising. Two or more years managing fundraising events preferred. Demonstrated experience and success in raising multiyear grants from institutional donors. Must provide a portfolio of examples of successful fundraising. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, accuracy, attention to detail and supervisory skills. Must be able to work collaboratively as a member of a team and have experience supervising, coordinating, and motivating staff and volunteers. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner. Healthcare background preferred.
SKILLS
Previous supervisory and management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, creativity, strong leadership skills, knowledge of word perfect, word, excel, power point, and other office related software. Sound financial management knowledge. Excellent keyboarding skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $103,800.00 per year
