The Director of Early Childhood Education is responsible for the overall operations of the Early Childhood Education program and maintaining compliance with various licensing regulations and guidelines. The ECE Director ensures that facilities are functioning properly; safety measures are in place; personnel are allocated efficiently; and that program operations run smoothly.

Requirements include:

• Associate's degree, or combination of experience and education normally represented by an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of administrative or supervisory experience required.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
• Final applicant is required to submit to fingerprinting for complete background check.
