Coordinates the administrative documentation efforts of daily hiring process and ongoing personnel development including restaurant and corporate staff members.
Provides conflict management, documents demotions/promotions, terminations and coordinates investigations and corresponding documentation as needed.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Participates in “New Store” opening efforts
Manages, supports, coordinates and is responsible for producing payroll reports. Participates in executive meetings as required.
Coordinates Annual evaluations through Department Heads
Represents company in all Employee relations matters, EEOC, OSHA, FMLA, FLSA
Acts as Group Administrator/Liaison for all Benefit plans.
