QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s degree; minimum GPA 3.0 is required
• Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership abilities such as assertiveness and willingness to take calculated risks
• Ability to take initiative and ask questions, learn quickly, and strive for results

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to use computers and other technical systems required to perform job functions
• Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly, including overhead lifting, and up to 60 lb. occasionally. Push/pull up to 40 lb. regularly
• Meet established volume and fixed activity standards
• Stand or walk 100% of the time and Frequent bending
• Ability to handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning materials, packing materials and food products
