EPI is seeking a Drupal Developer who is responsible for designing, coding and modifying Educational Partners International, LLC’s website and partner websites from layout to function by working directly with the company’s executive team.

The Web Developer must strive to create visually appealing online features and services that are user-friendly in design and utilize clear navigation. The Web Developer must actively contribute to the creative process of continued development and the implementation of technology.

This individual needs to have at least 8 years of experience working on Drupal systems. You must be able to collaborate and communicate with Executives, Directors, and outside developers.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Ability to prepare and review high level project details and meet stakeholder deadlines
• Create innovative tools using technology to solve problems
• Interact directly with business stakeholders and executive management
• Communicate constantly with colleagues regarding technology implementation
• Apply professional expertise in utilizing technology to facilitate company processes
• Manage teams contracted for projects larger in scope
• Build and maintain custom Drupal 8 modules and themes
• Build and maintain back-end and front-end code
• Build new features based on specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot for technical issues/bugs encountered
• Migrate data in and out of Drupal
• Solution integrations between Drupal and other applications
• Create and maintain Drupal views and content types
• Prioritize tasks and interact well within a team environment
• Solve issues in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Document processes with clarity
• Create and execute functional testing

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or applied computer sciences; relevant work experience and qualifications may be a substitute

Knowledge and experience:

• 8+ years experience developing with Drupal
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units
• Expertise and hands on experience with Drupal, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery and API’s
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to document exchange
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Strong passion for learning and creating new tools
• Experience with mobile web and responsive design
• Experience developing corporate websites with Drupal
• Expert knowledge of Drupal hook system
• Experience with Drupal theming, understand preprocess and theme functions and appropriate use of templates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
