As a DSP/Caregiver, you will provide direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to help improve their quality of life! You will help with personal and health care related tasks!

Pay Transparency:

• $14.50 - No High School Diploma or GED
• $15.00 - High School Diploma or GED
• $16.00 - High School Diploma or GED plus 60-Hour DODD Training

• Attend required paid training
• Drivers License

DSP/Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide services as determined by the team
• Assist in home and personal care
• Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds
• Assist in providing community activities
• Provide required in-home supervision
