Today, we're a small, family-run business with a very close 5-person team in our corporate office and 9 stores in the tri-state area selling women's shoes and accessories. We're looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Manager/Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Job Description: The E-Commerce Customer Service Manager/Marketing Assistant will work directly with our E-Commerce Manager. This is a fluid position that would not only work in customer service, but also assist in creating email marketing campaigns, Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have interest in fashion, have familiarity with Shopify, customer service and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

• Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Follow communication guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and/or solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.
• Assist customers in placing orders, fulfilling refunds and handling exchanges.
• Inform existing customers of promotions and deals via email marketing campaigns.
• Audit the website to ensure promotions, navigation links, and pages were functioning properly.
• Generate and schedule e-mail blasts on Mailchimp for new arrivals, promotions, and events.
• Utilize Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create graphics for e-mails, social media, and homepage.
• Coordinate and execute marketing strategies for Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Resolve customer service inquiries through phone calls, emails, and Zendesk.
• Collaborate with fashion photographer to produce marketing materials for e-mail, website, and social media.
• Analyze KPIs such as traffic and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Shopify.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Attention to detail, extremely organized, punctual, and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive and productive relationship with co-workers.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, collect data, prioritize requests and manage conflict.
• Ability to communicate professionally with grammatically correct verbal and written responses to customer inquiries.
• Self-sufficient, self-starter, and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Shopify, Retail Pro, Canva, and Returnly (preferred, not required).
• English (fluent).
