Individuals must be extremely driven, hard working, and an excellent team player AT ALL TIMES. Must be able to follow rules, routines, and schedules at all times. Must love working with kids and have an endless amount of patience, love, and kindness. Must be self-motivated and be able to work alone as well as in a team.
