BARISTAS / SERVERS

• Being a pleasant and presentable interface to the customer
• Ability to memorize all of the food and drink menu items
• Process customer orders and take phone orders
• Being able to make all of the drinks – lattes, espresso, bubble teas, coffee, teas
• Keeping the work area and dining room areas clean
• Restocking bar and takeout supplies
• Plating and expediting food to the customer
• Helping to clean equipment including washing pots, pans and dishes
