Responsible to maintain, update and implement the Company's Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance to the latest revision of the ISO 14001 standard and to maintain company's standard certification.

MUST have background and experience as ISO-14001 Representative.
Responsible to ensure that the Company and its operations comply with the applicable environmental regulations, agreements and laws established by the federal and state appropriate authorities as well customer's expectations.
Continually reviews, updates and audits EMS procedures and policies including 5S policies.
Coordinates and supports Management with visits and manage inspections from environmental federal and state authorities.
Responsible to manage all hazardous and non hazardous waste disposal and its containment in all processes of the operation.
Proposes contract services for environmental aspects monitoring and evaluates studies results , including but not limited to atmospheric emissions, waste water and storm water discharges, safety compliance studies, etc.
Maintains proper documentation in accordance with regulations and environmental standard. Documents include inventory of any wastes and VOC.
Monitors proper operation of RTO (Thermal Oxidizer) and record documents per requirement.
Coordinates fire, evacuation and chemical spills emergency preparedness drills and training.
Responsible to control and file EMS and environment compliance documents.
Manage customer related environmental programs and requirements, including any related to chemical banned substances and sourcing.
Responsible to coordinate strategies and follow up on activities for Environmental and safety continuous improvement company targets.
Coordinates and prepares reports for EMS Management review meetings.
Coordinates and reports results from periodic internal and external EMS audits.
Provides Environmental and safety supervision and evaluation for new projects involving significant modifications to the operations.
Provides environmental and safety training and support for all production processes / documentation to all appropriate personal.
Maintains documentation in accordance with ISO standards. Documents include process manuals, condition sheets and drawings.
