Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Software development in the programming language C for Microcontroller based electronic hardware.
• Integration of application software C-Code into the basic software.
• Software testing on C-Code level
• Specification and implementation of C-Code functions close to the hardware.
• Specification of embedded software architecture
• Development of safety critical software components according to the current level of safety (ASIL)
• Software quality guidelines according A-SPICE, MISRA and ISO26262.

Skills, Education and Experience

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics (bachelor’s or master's degree, diploma) or comparable training
• Experience in the embedded software development (C-Code level) for microcontroller electronic hardware of power and control electronics in automotive applications
• Knowledge in embedded C programming
• Knowledge of embedded software testing and release processes
• Knowledge of functional safety according to ISO 26262
• Ability to hold a passport and travel internationally. Travel as required up to 50%.

Salary based on experience.
