Job Description :

The Program Manager will direct and coordinate the environmental remediation and consulting projects held by Leisnoi Diversified Services, LLC (LDS) and establish and implement project management plans. Guides the environmental business operations towards achievement of growth and profit goals.

Essential Functions, Responsibility & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Oversees budgets and staff and evaluating the success of the environmental remediation and consulting projects.

· Serve as key member of the operations. Meets with team members and other executives to assess the direction of the line of business, develop short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensure compliance with the company’s stated mission.

· Oversees the performance of environmental projects and ensures all goals are met based on the company's strategic plans.

· Responsible for overseeing the performance of a group of major projects to assure the achievement of internal and client facing KPIs and project goals.

· Position requires an especially accomplished individual to interface with client, lead and support business development opportunities and lead/influence innovative strategies and solutions for a large portfolio of remediation sites.

· Drives performance and strategic planning to meet and/or exceed Leisnoi’s KPIs

· Ultimate responsible party for developing and evaluating future new businesspursuits to allow for the company’s future growth goals.

· Conducts project reviews of major program/project performance deep dives to identify issues and improve performance

· Actively integrates internal/external resources into project delivery to meet company KPIs and manages the change associated with this transition

Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, Science or related field. Masters Degree preferred.

· 8 years of Program/Project Management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.

· Registration as a Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer required.

· Experience in prominent roles performing and managing investigation/ remediation of federal projects with EPA, USACE, US Navy and US Air Force.

· Experienced people manager and/or managing workload of team.

· Proven experience successfully managing high-profile, multi-faceted projects involving contaminant impacts at Federal Department of Defense military sites.

· Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

· Excellent client management skills.

· Builds, maintains, and facilitates trusting relationships with key contacts across the depth and breadth of client organizations.

· Serves as a focal point for major issue resolution and provide rapid follow-up to address concerns.

· Serves as staff team leader, mentor, and supervisor, including career development planning.

· Actively share people management responsibilities with the program team.

· Manages team goals such as labor volume, utilization, resourcing, staff assignments.

· Participates in feedback to assure client satisfaction and long-term growth.

· Health and safety stewardship, including local field visits.

· Works collaboratively with Business Development Managers and directs future focus of the environmental business operations to grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success of their respective client program.

· Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· Leads capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects within the program, ensures those strategies yield high capture rates, grows the business and relevant technical capabilities.

· Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain talented employees.
