Duties and Responsibilities:

1- Receive, review and process tender documents received from clients.

2- Manage estimation team by allocating tasks to team members and following up for tasks accomplishment.

3- Coordinate with procurement to get cost of items such as materials, transport, labor, and equipment on the right time.

4- Visit sites, meet with client in order to gather accurate information for estimation.

5- Assess the risk levels associated with potential projects.

6- Prepare technical & commercial bids based on received drawings, specifications, and related documents from client.

7- Review bids and get approval from relevant authorities before communicating them to client.

8- Review Project LOA/Contract against submitted bids and provide comments to client and top management if required.

9- Ensure feeding the ERP system with project details including detailed BOQ.

10- Prepare lessons learned from closed projects regarding estimated and actual costs

11- Ensure effective implementation of departmental SOP's and achievement of departmental objectives.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Required Experience :

12-15 years of experience in a similar role & Min. 7-10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
