• Enter dealers/ notes into Dashboard
• Shipping

Assist with marketing:

• Organize events
• Sharp Innovations - work hand and hand
• Pictures- collecting pictures from dealers so we may use them for marketing, website, social media, etc.

Assist with dealer network

• Dashboard
• Assist in Scheduling deliveries for distribution yard
• Ship promos
• Emails/ follow up
• Send leads
• Homeowners of dealers (very few)

Inventory check for Distribution Yard-

• excel spreadsheet
• shipped pools
• Delivery/Pick Up tickets
• equipment fittings

Check-in loads from factory

• Note any issues and email to Kylie.
• Pool repair documentation

Ordering -

• marketing materials - WS Displays
• keeping track of when stock is low
• promotional items/giveaways
• Update Order Marketing Page In Dashboard

Process incoming and outgoing

packages/mail

Shows -

• order booth
• electrical
• content is up to date
• work with outgoing advertising for Shows

Open to travel if needed for corporate events possibly twice a year.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
