The Ward Law Group is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to Administrative Department.

Executive Assistant key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Act as a first point of contact between Senior Executives and clients/vendors
• Maintain calendars for Senior Executives
• Coordinate and maintain daily calendar of Executives Planning events and setting appointments
• Make travel arrangements, transportation and accommodations Produce reports and presentations as needed
• Devise and maintain a filing system
• Ability to cover home and personal life maintenance tasks
• Support Executives on personal tasks and errands on an as needed basis

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
