Working from our Westlake Village, CA office, you’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. In addition to being organized, strategic, and resourceful, you have the drive and communication skills needed to work alongside top sales performers in the automotive industry. In this pivotal position, enthusiasm and collaboration are crucial to supporting the sales team, as is a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level executive administrative support

• Manage a complex calendar and schedule meetings

• Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and suppliers

• Support sales team files and database to ensure accuracy

• Provide support to sales operations

• Track and manage multiple sales projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office/GSuite

• Strong scheduling and coordination skills

• High level of professional integrity and confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support

• Valid driver's license and clean background check required

Preferred Qualifications

• Auto Industry experience.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style

• Thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment.

• Proactive and able to take initiative and work with little direction

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in a tech/startup environment a plus

• A passion for the product, company, and creativity

• Strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• $45K+ / Yearly
