Historic Private Country Club currently seeking full and part-time BARTENDERS!

DAY SHIFTS AND NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!!

Candidates must be energetic, positive, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our team members work in many different areas of our club (Member Dining Room, Golf Course, Pool Operation and Private Events/Parties).

Club experience a plus, high volume bar experience a must. Pay will be based upon experience.

Job Tasks:

Primary Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate in a professional manner with our staff, members & guests
• Proper serving & clearing of food & beverages
• Knowledge of the menu with the ability to answer questions on ingredients
• Knowledge of what beer, wine, & spirits
• Assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
• Assist with monthly inventory of all storage areas for bar beverages.
• Assist with ordering of Liquor, Beer, and Wine and working with F&B Manager to maintain
• Maintain freshly rotated stock and seasonally suggest alternative presentations and products.
• Prepare all bar areas for everyday business, banquets, and golf outings as instructed by management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
• Follow Club’s dress code, policies, and established procedures when needed.
• Perform any other duties as required by management to provide the highest standard of service
• Follow standard recipes for club specific drinks
• Full cognizance shall be given to local state and federal liquor codes and regulations.
• Serve safe, tips, certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Receives and resolves complaints concerning food, beverages and service- alerting on duty management.
• Performs opening and closing side work; cleaning of small wares, equipment and storage areas.
