J.P. Noonan Transportation, New England’s largest petroleum transportation company with ten facilities in five of six New England states, specializes in hauling gasoline, diesel, propane, liquid asphalt, heavy oil, flatbed and cement throughout New England.

Job Overview:

J.P. Noonan is looking for a full-time assistant to our Garage and to work out of our Hooksett location. You will serve as a communication point for our mechanics. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and must be able to multi-task as well as take appropriate action with little supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Able to work in an office setting as well as a garage setting
  • Be able to effectively communicate with other team members to ensure order of parts and any other necessary information
  • Serve as a first point of contact via in-person, email, and phone

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience as an admin or mechanic in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of ordering parts and taking inventory
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
