The Fleet Operations Project Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of operations for new robotic product and service offerings. This includes after sales support, logistics, supply chain, repair, and product quality management. These efforts are ultimately aligned to result in the adoption and growth of commercial robotics programs using an enterprise change management framework, data analytics, and system optimization initiatives.


You will be an industry expert in business operation design, change management, and project management, utilizing cross functional experts and IT solutions to support and drive the customer experience and business efficiencies.




Scope & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive new product and service initiatives, designing the operating scheme and managing cross functional team projects
  • Track project scope and timeline for launch of new products, including supply chain, service, support, and general process definition
  • Create and implement repeatable, scalable, and product agnostic operations for fast launch of new products and services for our Fleet, Repair, Deployment and Integration teams
  • Drive process optimization for new and existing products, services, processes, and systems. This includes SOP creation, process flow creation, continuous improvement and management solutions
  • Identify and implement enhancements for internal tools and systems. Create business requirements and user stories. Work with IT and development teams and manage implementation end-to-end.
  • Align domestic projects with global initiatives
  • Primary liaison for the Fleet team with domestic and global IT teams (may require evening meetings, 1-2 days per week)

Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years previous experience in a hands-on role for B2B technology driven organizations including robotics implementations or direct role in supply chain, robotics repair and fleet operations
  • Proven results in the following areas: B2B high-tech software, services, and or hardware deployment and integration
  • Proven track record of becoming a trusted subject matter expert in previous roles
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to gather new requirements, organize around business priorities, and deliver on deadlines
  • Proficient, detail-oriented, and creative in the development of customer presentations in MS and Google
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and strong organizational skills
  • Skilled at delivering high-energy sessions with team members
  • Able to engage team members and drive for results
  • A Driver-Driver / Amiable-Driver profile
  • Critical thinker with the ability to use data to tell story and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed
  • Proactive orientation to identify operations needs and opportunities for improvement – hands on and willing to identify and get involved to create improvements
  • Ability to work independently to identify problems early and explore possible solutions
  • Thrive in a high performance, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • History of driving outcomes through cross-functional work with key stakeholders and contributing to a positive team environment
  • The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain/logistics, ERP/CRM software (SAP; SFDC; Hubspot; MS Windows; PowerBI), and repair or manufacturing

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
