The Franchise Advisor supports our Franchise owners and is key to the success of our Operations Team! The right candidate will possess:

*Highly polished, professional appearance and demeanor

*Knowledge in the commercial cleaning industry or the desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning

*The ability to lead, direct and motivate additional staff

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Confidence and ability to provide on-site training

*Strong customer service skills

*Background check required

Compensation: $45,000 /year base + bonuses and commissions. Our average total compensation for this position is $75,000. Health/Dental benefits. Company car.

Job Type: Full-time Salaried. Some nights and weekends necessary. Travel within the SW Florida area. Occasional long travel. Must be able to handle mild physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
