The Missoula Underground Strength Training Center, also known as MUST Gym, is immediately hiring a fun, outgoing, and hardworking staff member to join our team for approximately 30 - 35 hours per week.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position where team members are responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression for all of our customers.

Job details include but are not limited to:

Membership management.

Policy enforcement.

Membership and product sales.

Phone reception and lead follow-up.

Administrative assistance.

Cash handling.

Bill collection.

General inventory management.

Lifting and moving equipment over 50 lbs.

Daily cleaning.

Candidates would need to have general sales and computer skills along with exceptional cleaning abilities and an eye for detail. Experience using a Customer Retention Management system (CRM) is a plus. Experience using Mindbodyonline CRM is a double plus. Candidates will also need to have conflict resolution skills and the ability to engage with customers politely when enforcing business policies as necessary.

Interested candidates should love people and the gym environment, be highly organized, able to follow direction, and take initiative during down times. This is a high-functioning position requiring self-initiative and the ability to switch between physical and administrative tasks quickly while on shift.

This position requires candidates to follow a consistent, unchanging schedule where time-off must be requested and approved. Starting wage is $18/hour, includes a free 24-hour gym membership, and lots of high-fives.
