Eye Center of the Rockies is looking for an assistant to join our incredible team. We are a small, yet busy Ophthalmic Clinic with two locations, comprised of 1 MDs/Surgeons, 1 Optometrist, and 2 High-End Optical Shops. This position is for the Eagle office only.
The successful candidate will be eager to learn, positive, and apply a friendly nature to their daily interactions. The front office assistant should be very computer savvy, be able to handle 3 phone lines. Must be polite ,prompt, and efficient.
Medical or ophthalmic experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Correctly schedule patients and fill three different Physicians schedules with 95% accuracy. Handle all office phone call and triage to correct person.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, Business or related field and five to eight years increasingly responsible Human Resources
Must have completed an CMA or CNA course from an accredited institution and have a current national certification certificate.
This position will typically report to a team lead on one or more of our client engagements and will typically work virtually from the individuals own office.
