We are looking for a front desk receptionist to serve as our patients first point of contact and manage their experience from initial call to completion of care. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the dental and especially periodontal field, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be an integral member of our team that performs periodontal surgery care.

• We are a premier Periodontal specialty practice which performs a wide range of surgery from soft tissue grafting, extractions, bone grafts, implants, laser therapy, IV sedation and a full range of periodontal therapies.

• Dental experience and periodontal experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform all phone and online scheduling tasks
• Liaise with our back office to ensure positive and consistent care
• You will be our primary point of contact in person and over the phone to manage our patients experience and well being.
