Established Medical Clinic in Springfield Oregon. The clinic has three well-established Family Medicine providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively working closely together with Medical Assistants and Providers.
• Ensuring prompt and courteous services to clients and patients
• Adherence to HIPAA laws and policy
• Recruiting new patients
• Checking Patients in for scheduled medical appointments and verifying insurance
• Answering Phones and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
• Collects patient charges and updates financial information.
• Obtaining necessary prior authorizations and referrals from insurances
• Obtaining necessary records and reports from outside providers
• Coordinate referrals to outside providers
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• At least one-year relevant experience and/or training.
• EMR experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work collectively with administration and staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.
