Get Well Physical Therapy is a located in Wood-Ridge, NJ. We are professional, agile and innovative. Get Well Physical Therapy is not your average Rehab clinic. We understand that every patient is different. Every injury is different. Our diagnostic process looks at the individual as a whole, self-healing, self-regulating being rather than as parts or “symptoms” allowing us to make the best determination on what path of care is right for you. We specialize in sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, vestibular therapy, and offer screenings from a prevention point of view such as runner’s assessment, elderly fall assessment, mobility assessment, and Crossfit XFact.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our progressive and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other health care professionals, and will possess a desire for continued professional growth and development. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is committed to excellence in patient care, and who has the ability and desire to work in a challenging and rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with orthopedic surgeons and medical physicians.
• Manage and encourage patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prescribe various treatment techniques for physical therapy patients.
• Provide physical therapy treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
• Communicate and work with others in the physical therapy department, patient care team, and insurance company.
• Treat a variety of patients from athletes to geriatrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.73 - $49.05 per hour
