We have an immediate need for a full-time Graphic Designer with prior experience with or an interest in learning UI/Website design.

We’re looking for a hyper-creative visual artist and storyteller, a lover of beautiful information design, who is quick on their feet and up-to-date with design technologies and digital content platforms. As we work with our clients to tell their stories, we need a self- starter with a strong intuition about how to communicate complex ideas and transform them into profound art.

Day-to-day, you will work with our account managers, clients, art directors and fellow designers to produce story-driven, purposeful creations. This includes:

• Designing content from sketch to final deliverable
• Concepting original design treatments
• Creating various collateral both for our clients and for our company
• Collaborating with other team members to produce the best design possible
• Ordering input and feedback throughout design rounds

Requirements:

• The ability to work independently and solve problems visually
• Ability to concept and execute innovative approaches to projects
• An eye for detail and strong typographic and layout skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work hard under deadline.

Must have advanced skills and experience in:

• InDesign
• Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Bonus Points for experience in
• HTML & CSS
• After Effects

Required experience: Graphic Design: 3 years

Education in graphic design (or a related field): 3 to 5 years of experience working in a design studio or related professional design position is preferred

Web Designer Job Description

We are looking for a web designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and also be comfortable implementing your designs into functional web pages using high-level web languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Web Designer Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• Brining basic UX best practices and considerations into design process and client projects.

Web Designer Requirements:

• A relevant diploma in a related field.
• Excellent visual design skills and strong graphic design portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity content management systems such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals and an ability to clearly articulate them to clients
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
