This position is on-site at Hive Collective in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Position Summary:

• While maintaining our existing brand identity systems, manage multiple design projects while using various mediums to develop layout and production design for magazines, brochures, advertisements, websites, internal and external signage, and any additional collateral as identified for Hive Collective.

Position Expectations:

• Ensure all designs reflect the unique elements of each Hive Collective brand and are cohesive with all other collateral and marketing pieces
• Web Graphics
• Image editing for:
• Website
• Social Media
• Advertisements
• Collateral
• McCann Design Group Projects
• Magazine and Newspaper advertisements and e-blasts
• Branding and ordering collateral for Hive Collective such as:
• Promotional items
• Templates for all types of external communication
• Interior/exterior signage
• Business cards, Notepads, Notecards, Folders, Labels, Pens/Pencils, Shopping bags, Hand tags, Stickers, Letterheads, Gift cards, Employee ID cards, and Badges
• Vehicles and Uniforms for the Warehouse and Floral team
• McCann Project Portfolio Books
• Assist with events in the season and sales floor coverage as needed
• Support the communications department as needed
• Create and submit advertisements and ensure all guidelines are met and ads are put into templates correctly
• Source and design packaging for internal and external needs
• Manage vendors, installs, and deadlines for all projects listed above
• Custom design work when needed
• Review both text and graphics with a highly-detailed eye

Qualifications:

• Build clean, print-ready files
• Typography and broad knowledge of typographic systems and application
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• (Photo editing to include: adjusting, retouching, resizing, etc)
• Knowledge in Print Production and Packaging a plus
• Strong time management skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable working on both print and digital assets
• Light copywriting skills
• Detail oriented

• Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
