Maven Torch Lighter Company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of growth marketing strategies, funnel optimization, and user acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention across all channels, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and reducing churn.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that includes customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty programs across all channels.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, paid advertising, influencer marketing, referral programs, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, customer success, and sales, to identify opportunities for growth and execute on them.
• Develop and manage a budget to support growth initiatives, including allocating resources across different channels and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as user acquisition, conversion rates, lifetime value, and retention, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct user research and customer feedback surveys to better understand customer needs and pain points, and use that information to inform growth strategies.
• Experiment with new growth channels and tactics, and report on the success of those experiments to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and other optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Passion for innovation and experimentation, with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities for growth.
• Self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
