Radius10 is a leadership and executive search firm. We are delighted to work with our client to secure a memory care executive director in the Indianapolis area.

As an operations professional the Executive Director (ED) will be a part of a team that strives to care for and support their residents and their families the same way they would care for their own loved ones.

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations, the ED will be responsible for the management of the community’s staffing, budget, and occupancy.

Responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of all functionalities of the community – implementing effective and efficient initiatives that demonstrate compliance with current Federal, State, and Local regulations ensuring the highest degree of quality care.

Other tasks (not an all-inclusive list) include:

• Develops methods for delivering exceptional resident total regimen care and quality of cognitive management in accordance with established operational standards.

• Conducts and administers fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting.

• Supervises, schedules, evaluates, hires, trains, and disciplines all community staff.

• Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing annual business plans that achieve the financial goals and high occupancy through marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Health Facility Administrator or Residential Care Administer in the state of Indiana preferred
• Memory care experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
