HR Assisting the team members in the onboarding process.
Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Crafting job descriptions for open vacancies in the company. Answering all employee-related queries and issues. Entering candidates' data in the HR databases. Working in collaboration with other team members efficiently. Performing administrative duties as and when required. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Enter all payroll/timekeeping information into payroll system, including leave slips for vacations, flex time, bereavement and/or FMLA. Interacting with and assisting in providing HR services to internal and external customers, within established policies and/or legal standards Responsible for maintaining the confidential nature of employment and individual records Distributes, in mass, a variety of informational materials to employees Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations General office duties include, but are not limited to preparing/drafting general correspondence for staff’s signature, filing and copying, including mail, and has the technical ability to prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed Maintains precise record keeping under the Worker’s Compensation program, including copying, faxing and filing doctor’s work notes, timesheets, first reports and other correspondences Administrative Asst General office duties include, but are not limited to preparing/drafting general correspondence for staff’s signature, filing and copying, including mail, and has the technical ability to prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed Knowledge of, and skilled in, a variety of clerical/administrative functions such as grammar, composition, typing, word processing, communication and file maintenance Must be able to work at a clerical/administrative level in a team-oriented culture Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing material establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands while maintaining composure Performs other duties as assigned Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be able to work in an environment with many interruptions and deadlines Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy Ability to maintain databases by ensuring accuracy of information entered and prepare error-free correspondence and small reports using MS Office applications and database reporting protocols Providing a wide variety of clerical assignments in support of the effective and efficient operation of CRINC/DROPPETT/MWPDR
