Welcome! In Flight Inc., is a nonprofit that provides support services within a home environment and the community for adults with IDD. We are looking for an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to become a part of our HR Department. We are not your average HR department, you’ve never seen anything like us.

Most importantly we are committed to delivering the best workforce we can. You will be an instrumental part of our day to day operations, assisting staff with various tasks and working with the Manager of Staffing and Development in recruiting efforts to fill open vacancies. You will also be the main contact person for the department. The position is entry level, with filing and tracking of tasks. The role will taking on Recruiting responsibilities. This position reports to the Manager of Staffing and Development and will have oversight from the Vice President of Human Resources. Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Attend Job Fairs and community events.
• Work with the Development Department regarding social media.
• Responsible for On Boarding of new staff through ADP.
• Conduct applicant background clearances, schedule physicals/PPD. .appointments.
• Partner with the Training Coordinator to prepare for orientations and other HR tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the Vice President of HR and the Manager of Staffing and Development.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of HR office experience.
• Must know Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write professionally.
• Knowledge of the IDD field preferred.
