Due to Hawk Ridge Systems’ incredible growth plans, we are looking to add another autonomous Human Resources Generalist to our team. In this exciting Generalist role, you will be responsible for employee relations, leading HR compliance efforts (employment law and affirmative action policy, as well as Employee Handbook policy revisions and implementation), assisting with performance management, managing the offboarding process (including exit interviews), answering HR-related questions from team members, participating in various projects, as well as expanding and supporting employee experience efforts at Hawk Ridge Systems! You will also provide backup to our other HR Generalist in various HR responsibilities such as benefits administration, new hire orientations, and reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS HR GENERALIST ROLE?

• Minimum of (3) years of human resources generalist experience, preferably in HR compliance, performance management, and/or employee relations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Autonomous, high-energy, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with outstanding time management and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with impressive conflict management skills)
• Flexible, adaptable, assertive, and persuasive (without being aggressive), as well as the ability to multitask, analyze, and prioritize responsibilities
• Possesses an outgoing, friendly personality, an excellent work ethic, a “whatever it takes” positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a passion for working with people
• Must have the confidence and drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the base pay range for this role is between $61,200 and $85,000. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
