Summer 2023 Internship: This position is located at our HQ in Durham, NC. Expected program dates are May 15 – August 18, 2023.

Introduction:

Our HR team is seeking a highly talented and motivated undergraduate level student with a passion for HR focused on learning and/or instructional design. This Intern position is offered in Raleigh, NC (RTP) and would be working with people throughout the US and around the globe. This is an opportunity to further expand the intern’s HR knowledge and experience relative to learning and development. This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Business, Human Resources, Education or a related field. The intern will work in one or a few different functional human resources areas but may have a specific focus in the area(s) of Diversity, Employee Engagement, and or Learning & Development.

Required Skills:

• This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
• Analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Capable of taking direction and working independently on assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Instructional Design and/or Learning Delivery
• Ability to collaborate with diverse team members as needed.
