Responsibilities:

• Monitor workforce trends and needs to ensure compliance with company practices and government regulations.
• Develop, recommend, and implement human resource policies and programs.
• Hire, train, counsel, coach, and discipline employees.
• Coordinate employees' activities to achieve organizational objectives.
• Assess employee performance and make recommendations for promotions and salary changes.
• Establish effective working relationships within the organization; work with senior executives; and communicate information to employees regarding organizational operations.
• Monitor employee safety, health, and legal compliance issues.
